Upon receipt of full payment, the Photographer hereby assigns copyright ownership of the delivered photographs to the Client.
However, the Photographer retains the perpetual, non-exclusive right to display the images in their professional portfolio, website, social media, competitions, and marketing materials, provided such use does not disclose any confidential or sensitive information of the Client.

As per Indian Copyright Act, 1957, If the Client requests a Private Session, the Photographer agrees not to post, publish, or share any images publicly. In such cases, the Client shall pay a privacy fee of ₹ 5000 in addition to the session cost.

Important Note for AI Photoshoots
To create AI-generated images, you will need to provide a high-quality photo of your baby. The better the quality of the image, the more accurate and realistic the AI-generated results will be.
You will also need to share reference images for the setups or themes you would like. These references help us understand the style, background, colors, and overall concept you want for the final images.
If you would like to combine real photography with creative AI concepts, you can also choose our real photoshoot packages along with AI packages. In this case, we will capture professional photos during the shoot and then create additional AI-based creative setups from those images.
