**Our packages are genuine and non-negotiable.**

1. Package and Additional Information: Please take the time to review the package details and any additional information provided. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out for clarification.
2. Reservation Process: To confirm and reserve your preferred date and time slot, a ₹3,000 non-refundable booking amount is required.
3. Setup Finalization: Upon confirming your booking, we will discuss and finalize the specific setup concept, color scheme, and any additional details related to your shoot.
4. Scheduled Photoshoot: The photoshoot will take place at the agreed-upon date and time.
5. Remaining Balance Payment: The remaining balance will be payable on the day of the photoshoot.
6. Image Selection Process: All unedited photographs for your selection will be available via a Google Drive link. You will need to choose the number of images for post-processing based on your selected package and provide the last three digits of their serial numbers within 5 days following the photoshoot.
7. Delivery of Edited Images: You will receive the final edited images within 15 days of submitting your selected images to the studio.
8. Access to Final Images: Final images will be distributed through a Google Drive link, which will contain both high-resolution edited images and low-resolution unedited images.
9. Review of Images: We recommend downloading all images onto a laptop for a thorough review. For the best assessment of quality, please review the photos on a computer or television, as mobile devices might not accurately reflect high-resolution quality. If any corrections are necessary, please inform us.
10. Hard Copies: You will receive complimentary A4-size prints of each edited image. Since we order from Hyderabad, delivery may take up to 2 months to reach your home. If you need prints urgently, you can pay the urgent delivery fee (mentioned in the add-on services).
11. Album Design and Collection: For album orders, the design will be presented to you for review. Once you approve it, the album will proceed to printing. Typically, printed albums can be collected from the studio within 15 days of placing the order.

Upon receipt of full payment, the Photographer hereby assigns copyright ownership of the delivered photographs to the Client.
However, the Photographer retains the perpetual, non-exclusive right to display the images in their professional portfolio, website, social media, competitions, and marketing materials, provided such use does not disclose any confidential or sensitive information of the Client.

As per Indian Copyright Act, 1957, If the Client requests a Private Session, the Photographer agrees not to post, publish, or share any images publicly. In such cases, the Client shall pay a privacy fee of ₹ 5000 in addition to the session cost.
